To the city square and other public places to express their wishes, it should also be carried out according to law.

2. When citizens express their wishes in the process of safeguarding their rights or in public places such as city squares, they should abide by the Constitution and laws, maintain the order of the society, society and society, and must not engage in any of the following acts:

(1) engage in petition activities in places other than those designated for letters and visits, stay in the reception places for letters and visits for no reason, make trouble or disturb the order of letters and visits by excessive means;

(2) Contain and close the main access channels of the unit, gather people to attack state organs or disturb the public order by shouting slogans, holding up slogans and putting up banners;

(5) Inciting, planning or holding an illegal assembly, procession or demonstration without the permission of the public security organ;

(6) Obstructing the staff of state organs from performing their duties according to law, and forcibly breaking into warning tape and warning zones set up by public security organs;

(7) other acts that disrupt public order and endanger public security.
