Zhang Zhenliang, deputy director of the Volunteer Department of BOCOG and director of the venue of the Olympic Audience Call Center, said that the formulation of the Rules is one of the key and difficult points in the preparations for the Olympic Games. One is to put people first, to ensure that the audience can watch the games happily, and the other is to give consideration to a safe Olympic Games.

Zhang Zhenliang said that after two years of research and brewing, the Rules for Watching Games in Olympic Venues were finally determined. In the process of formulating the Rules, BOCOG should first understand and interpret the Rules of previous Olympic Games, and at the same time listen to the opinions and requirements of BOCOG's competition, ticketing, marketing and security departments.

According to the requirements of the International Olympic Committee, the Rules for Watching Games in Olympic Venues is an important policy to maintain the safety and order of venues, and every ticket holder must abide by it.
