Decision of the Autonomous Region People’s Government on the sixth batch of cancellation and adjustment of administrative approval matters

According to the "Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China" and the relevant decisions of the State Council, combined with the actual situation of our region, the People's Government of the Autonomous Region has conducted a new round of review of administrative approval matters in our region. After strict review and demonstration, the sixth batch has been decided 38 administrative approval items were cancelled, including 17 administrative licensing items and 21 non-administrative licensing items. 85 administrative approval items were adjusted, including 65 administrative licensing items and 20 non-administrative licensing items.

All regions and departments must conscientiously implement and connect the cancellation and adjustment of administrative approval matters, and effectively strengthen follow-up supervision; they must thoroughly implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, adapt to and improve the socialist market economic system, and strengthen and improve macro-control and transform government functions, effectively strengthen government efficiency, continue to deepen the reform of the administrative approval system, continuously optimize the government environment, innovate management concepts and approval supervision methods, improve administrative management capabilities and service levels, and promote the economic recovery of our district Good and fast development.
