Confiscate dangerous goods according to law, and issue a Decision on Confiscation of Dangerous Goods (with Receipt) to the confiscated person. However, a small amount of dangerous goods found before ticket checking and consignment can be taken out of the station by relatives, friends or passengers.

(3) If a passenger voluntarily surrenders all the dangerous goods he carries after entering the station, the carrier may be given a lighter or exempted punishment.
