Notice on the resumption of offline teaching in Longkou off-campus training institutions

In order to better protect people's life safety and health, according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control work at the higher level, combined with the actual situation of our city, it is scheduled to resume offline teaching in an orderly manner from April 18 through off-campus training institutions with strict verification and inspection. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, strictly test the health of teachers and students.

1. Organize teachers, students and employees to strictly observe the principle of not leaving the dragon unless necessary, wear masks, ventilate frequently, wash their hands frequently, do not gather together or get together, keep a safe social distance, and travel to and from home and training institutions "two points and one line".

2. Do a good job in the arrangement of "key personnel", comprehensively find out the living history, contact history and nucleic acid detection of students, employees and their * * * households, and fill in the "Record Form for Health Monitoring and Tracking Verification of Key Personnel in Schools" in detail. Monitor and judge the key personnel of "1 1 big category and 44 small categories" one by one, establish two ledgers, and classify and summarize the discharged personnel "one person and one file".

3. Strictly determine the scope of returning teachers and students to school. Those who do not meet the requirements for returning to school will not return to school temporarily according to relevant requirements, and the teachers and students who do not return to school and the reasons need to be recorded in detail. If you have a history of living in a high-risk area for epidemic prevention and control, or have a history of contact with confirmed cases, asymptomatic infected people, suspected cases, etc. And medical observation, the medical observation management unit issued the "notice of lifting the isolation observation", and reported to the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau for approval before returning to school.

4. Do a good job in the daily health monitoring and nucleic acid detection of teachers and students in off-campus training institutions. Strictly implement the system of "three inspections and two reports a day", register the health status of teachers and students every day, and strictly follow the requirements of "four unifications" for those who have symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, sore throat, hypoesthesia and diarrhea. Do a good job of nucleic acid detection in a timely and regular manner according to regulations.

Second, thoroughly clean and disinfect the campus.

5. Off-campus training institutions should attach great importance to the protection of epidemic prevention materials before and after the resumption of work, establish and improve the protection mechanism of epidemic prevention materials, set up temporary observation rooms and separate isolation rooms according to the needs of epidemic prevention and control work and the scale of institutions, and equip them with enough medical masks, disinfectant, hand sanitizer, ultraviolet lamps, alcohol, thermometers, forehead temperature guns, protective clothing, protective masks, goggles and other epidemic prevention and control supplies.

6. Do a good job of disinfection and ventilation in key places, assign special personnel to distribute disinfectants in proportion, and increase the cleaning and disinfection frequency of high-frequency contact parts such as door handles, faucets, switches, seat handrails, desks and chairs, elevator buttons, bathroom floors and walls in key places such as classrooms, offices, corridors, activity rooms and bathrooms according to the situation. Ventilation, ventilation, cleaning and disinfection should be carried out according to regulations, and records should be made.

7. Public toilets should be equipped with sufficient hand sanitizer to ensure the normal work of water supply facilities such as faucets; If conditions permit, quick-drying hand disinfectant or inductive hand disinfection equipment can be equipped at the front desk and elevator entrance.

8. Implement omni-directional, full coverage and no dead ends, do a good job in garbage classification management and removal, and set up a special yellow garbage collection box for abandoned masks.

Third, strictly control the closed-loop management of the entrance gate.

9. Implement relatively closed management, strictly control the entry and exit of personnel, and prohibit unnecessary outsiders from entering the school. If admission is really necessary, it must be approved by the main person in charge of the training institution.

10. Strictly control admission and strictly implement the system of "one exam and four checks". All students entering the school need to scan the local code of Shandong Province, check the health code, travel code, vaccination and negative proof of 48-hour nucleic acid detection, strictly measure their body temperature and register complete information before entering the school. Those who refuse to accept code scanning, body temperature detection or abnormal body temperature, as well as those with abnormal health code and travel code, are strictly prohibited from entering the venue, and report to the special class of epidemic prevention and control of the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau and the local towns and streets as required.

Strengthen the protection on the way, encourage students and employees to walk and drive to and from training institutions, pay attention to personal protection when taking public transport, wear masks correctly all the time, and keep a reasonable distance from others. Fourth, do a good job in emergency response.

13. Conduct emergency treatment. All kinds of off-campus training institutions shall establish scientific, standardized, timely and effective emergency plans for epidemic prevention and control, and organize emergency drills regularly. If abnormal personnel are found, separate isolation measures should be taken immediately, and all personnel of off-campus training institutions should wear masks and take their temperature, and gathering is prohibited immediately; The person in charge of the off-campus training institution shall summarize the information of all personnel in the institution and report it to the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters, cooperate with the disease control department to conduct nucleic acid detection on all personnel and related personnel in the off-campus training institution, control according to the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control headquarters, ventilate and disinfect the institution, and clean and disinfect the air conditioning and ventilation system.

In the next step, the off-campus training institutions that have resumed offline teaching without passing the verification test will be dealt with seriously; Training institutions that pass verification but fail to implement epidemic prevention and control measures after offline lectures will be ordered to suspend business for rectification and deal with them seriously.
