She first took us to the front desk, and then briefly introduced the purpose and function of the pre-acceptance area for us, that is, to prevent taxpayers from wasting time and energy because they don't understand the tax process and articles of association, so as to provide taxpayers with advice and guidance, check their carrying procedures, official seals and certificates, ensure the improvement of tax efficiency and reduce the physical and mental burden of taxpayers. She also said that because this position has just been established, many taxpayers don't quite understand or easily ignore the importance of consultation and line up directly. What we have to do is to pay attention to the movements of every taxpayer and provide them with advice or guidance in time. It is not difficult to see that this work is very important and challenging, because it not only requires staff to have strong comprehensive business handling ability to deal with various tax issues, but also needs strong psychological quality to cope with the noisy and busy environment, face the doubts of individual taxpayers, and explain heavy business and answer the hotline. Sure enough, judging from the calling situation in the business acceptance area, the number of people who came to pay taxes on the morning of the 6 th reached about 180, which was obtained in the case of heavy rain that day. The hotline at the front desk is always on, the whole hall is buzzing, and everyone is busy as a bee. Looking at this "grand occasion", we have to admire the ability and patience of these young people. As a novice, I am completely at a loss for professional business problems, and can only be responsible for asking taxpayers about the business to be handled and taking the number. The rest can only watch my sister work hard but can't help. Looking at our slightly disappointed faces, my sister finally smiled and said, "Never mind, your major really has nothing to do with taxation.
