Lingang Community is located at 1 km north of Lingyang Town. It was originally the living area of Puyang Linzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (founded in 1958). In 2002, 20 1 1 was restructured and placed under the jurisdiction of Lingyang Town, Linzhou City, and renamed as Ling Gang Community of Lingyang Town.
