It is required to properly handle ten cases in four categories, such as water pollution prevention and control cases, water resources development and utilization cases, river and lake shoreline protection cases, wading environment and water ecological protection cases, so as to promote water and soil conservation and water conservation of the Yangtze River shoreline and wetlands. The "Opinions" also require that we strive for new actions and properly handle new areas and new types of environmental resources cases.
