The declared majors include planting, breeding and processing of agricultural products. The evaluation scope is mainly the backbone personnel engaged in agricultural professional and technical work in large-scale breeding households, family farms, farmers' professional cooperatives, agricultural enterprises and agricultural socialized service organizations in our city. Personnel of public institutions are not included in the scope of assessment.

The titles of new professional farmers are divided into junior titles, intermediate titles and senior titles (divided into deputy senior titles and senior titles). The junior, intermediate, deputy senior titles and senior titles are assistant farmer agronomist, farmer agronomist, senior farmer agronomist and senior farmer agronomist in turn. The title of new professional farmer is a sign of technical level and professional ability, which is not strictly linked to posts and employment.

Second, the reporting conditions

(a) to declare the title of new professional farmers personnel must support the party's line, principles and policies, love agriculture, dedication to the countryside, law-abiding, with good professional ethics and social ethics, enjoy a good social reputation, high recognition by the masses; There are no production quality and safety accidents, no bad credit records, no violations of laws and regulations such as destroying the ecological environment.

(two) master certain modern agricultural technology, rich practical experience, strong promotion, demonstration and driving ability, production and operation or guidance services to achieve a certain industrial scale and economic benefits, and meet one of the following conditions:

1. crops and vegetables The area of crops such as grain and cotton is more than 200 mu; Area of self-built facilities for vegetables and fruits 10 mu or more; Edible fungi, medicinal materials and other fixed areas of more than 20 acres.

2. Economic fruit. The area of forestry nursery exceeds 100 mu; The protective farming area exceeds 2000 square meters; Apple, peach, pear and other economic forest bases cover an area of more than 30 mu.

3. Livestock and poultry breeding. The breeding and immunization files of the farm are complete, registered and put on record in the direct reporting information platform of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and obtained the certificate of animal epidemic prevention conditions. Construction of livestock and poultry manure treatment facilities according to the standard, reaching the following scale: slaughter more than 500 pigs per year; The number of dairy cows exceeds 100; Slaughter more than 40,000 broilers or ducks annually; The number of laying hens or laying ducks is more than 10000; Annual slaughter of beef cattle 100 or more; In the Year of the Sheep, the slaughter amount is more than 500 heads; There are more than 3000 rabbits and more than 300 donkeys.

4. Aquaculture. Freshwater pond culture area is more than 50 mu, and factory culture area is more than 2000 square meters.

5. Agricultural products processing. Establishing or participating in agricultural products processing enterprises and carrying out primary processing of agricultural products can drive a certain number of farmers to enter the industrial chain to increase production and income.

6. Agricultural socialization service. Establishing or participating in agricultural socialized service organizations can provide producers with services such as production and sales.

7. Agricultural machinery services. Leading or participating in agricultural machinery production and maintenance enterprises or agricultural machinery cooperatives, and making remarkable achievements in research and development, innovation and operation and maintenance of agricultural machinery.

(three) to declare the primary title of a new type of professional farmer, the following conditions must be met:

1. Engaged in corresponding agricultural technology work for more than 3 years;

2. Actively participate in agricultural business study and training;

3 in the popularization and application of agricultural technology, you can impart agricultural science and technology knowledge and skills, and provide general technical guidance and technical consulting services.

(four) to declare the intermediate title of new professional farmers, the following conditions must be met:

1. Obtained the primary title of new professional farmers for more than 3 years;

2. Pay attention to the update of agricultural knowledge and actively participate in the study and training of agricultural related businesses;

3 can be combined with the local rural economic development, organize or participate in the experiment, demonstration and popularization of agricultural technology, carry out technical guidance and training, and solve technical problems.

(five) to declare the title of deputy senior professional farmer, the following conditions must be met:

1. Obtained the intermediate title of farmer for more than 4 years;

2. Pay attention to the update of agricultural knowledge and actively participate in the study and training of agricultural related businesses;

3. Farmers' professional cooperatives, family farms, social service organizations and leading enterprises that lead, establish or participate in planting, breeding, agricultural products processing and other fields are municipal-level farmers' professional cooperative demonstration cooperatives, municipal-level family farm demonstration cooperatives, municipal-level social service organization demonstration organizations and municipal-level agricultural industrialization leading enterprises;

4 can use advanced agricultural technology, carry out large-scale experiments, demonstrations and popularization, and make great achievements in technical guidance and training of agricultural backbone technicians.

(six) to declare the new professional farmers and senior titles, must meet the following conditions:

1. Won the title of deputy senior farmer for more than 5 years; With high school (technical secondary school) or above;

2. Pay attention to the update of agricultural knowledge, actively participate in the study and training of agricultural-related businesses and obtain corresponding certificates;

3. Farmers' professional cooperatives, family farms, social service organizations and leading enterprises that lead, establish or participate in planting, breeding, agricultural products processing and other fields are farmers' professional cooperatives, family farms, social service organizations and leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization at or above the municipal level, and can play a leading role in demonstration;

4. Outstanding agricultural professional ability, outstanding achievements in agricultural technology research and promotion, and great influence in the industry.
