It is often said that a good principal is a good school. I think that my personal ability and level are still very low, and there is still a big gap from a qualified principal. Third, strict management is required to improve the quality of education and teaching in an all-round way

Teaching quality is the lifeline of education, and teaching work is the center of school work. Focusing on the management and development of teaching work, based on the reality of our school, we are willing to invest in teaching, insist on promoting teaching through research in the improvement of teachers' teaching level, do detailed work in routine management, arrange homework in various subjects, and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. For more than a year, all the teachers in our school participated in the national training program held in the county on November 22-24 in batches.
