National Security Education Day is held on April 15 every year.

National National Security Education Day is a holiday established to enhance the national security awareness of the entire people and safeguard national security. Activities in various places

On April 12, 2016, in order to welcome the first National Security Education Day, Jizhou City, Hebei Province carried out extensive popularization of national security knowledge among primary and secondary school students, and invited revolutionaries to Veteran soldiers went to campus and produced posters to explain the importance of national security to children and improve their national security awareness.

In April 2020, the Ministry of Justice and the National Legal Popularization Office jointly issued a notice to deploy nationwide the 2020 National Security Education Day legal popularization campaign. The theme of the 2020 event is "Adhere to the overall national security concept, coordinate traditional security and non-traditional security, and provide a strong guarantee for a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way."

The notice requires that we focus on the publicity and education of national security and rule of law for leading cadres and young people. In conjunction with the special rule of law publicity campaign of "Preventing and Controlling the Epidemic, Working Together with the Rule of Law", we will increase publicity on the rule of law such as public health safety and biosafety.
