The China Small Animal Protection Association is a professional social organization approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs. 5. Expenses

Accommodation fee: 75 yuan per person per night, total 75×3=225 yuan;

Explanation

1. This conference is the first grand event for various animal protection organizations and groups across the country to communicate and discuss domestic animal protection issues. Now, nearly 20 animal protection organizations and websites from various places have signed up to participate. The China Small Animal Protection Association warmly welcomes these friends, and also welcomes other animal protection groups to come to Beijing for a gathering.

2. Since Tulip Resort changed its decision to provide free reception, the association had no choice but to change the venue to Oriental Wanli Hotel. However, the hotel provides preferential treatment and is not free. It is indeed difficult for the association to have funds. Therefore, in addition to bearing the rent of the venue and the meal expenses at noon on the 17th, the association cannot reimburse travel expenses for participating friends.
