If the ecological compensation mechanism has not yet been established, the ecological compensation financing channels and entities are single, mainly relying on government transfer payments and special funds. Resource mining companies have insufficient investment in soil and water conservation restoration for quarrying and sand mining, and there is a lack of appropriate punishment for damage to the water ecological and water environment.
