Don't think too much about names. I think it's the English Association. The key is that people can understand it at a glance, so that they will come. It's not good to be too flashy

Think more about the content. I suggest that we can arrange an English corner, where we can learn oral English with foreign teachers somewhere every week, mainly in English, and everyone can talk about the whole English with each other.
