1. Volunteer organizations need to fill in the Time Collection Form of Volunteer Organizations in Shandong Province and send it to Shandong Volunteer Service Center by email or mail.

2. Individual volunteers need to fill in the Shandong Individual Volunteer Time Collection Form and send it to Shandong Volunteer Service Center by email or mail.
