Decision of the Nanchang Municipal People's Government on Amending the "Nanchang Municipal Outdoor Advertising Settings Management Measures"

According to the requirements of the "Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Jiangxi Province on Cleaning Up Certification Matters" (Ganfu Tingming [2018] No. 88), the municipal government regulations involving certification matters were sorted out. After sorting out , the Municipal People's Government decided to make the following changes to the "Nanchang City Outdoor Advertising Settings Management Measures":

Delete the "certificate of the right to use the outdoor advertising setting location" in Article 12, paragraph 1, item (2) .

This decision shall come into effect from the date of issuance.
