Our team should adhere to the organic combination of preventing and attacking the two main battlefields, advance simultaneously, make contributions to community safety, and strive to do the following:

First, extensive publicity and education to create a safe atmosphere. Publicize daily prevention knowledge such as theft and burglary to residents from all directions and angles, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of residents to fight criminals, and enhance residents' awareness of self-management and prevention.

The second is to strengthen education and training to improve the ability of patrol members to find and crack down on theft and criminal activities. The third is to increase patrols and not give criminals the opportunity to commit crimes. Fourth, take effective measures such as wait and see to capture and hand over a number of current theft suspects.
