Via Yantai Development Zone Epidemic Prevention and Control With the approval of the headquarters, all types of schools and kindergartens at all levels in the development zone will resume classes in batches at staggered peak times. The first batch: On March 31, high school students and junior high school graduates will resume school. Second batch: On April 6, other sections of junior high schools, primary schools, and kindergartens will resume school. After the resumption of school, all types of schools and kindergartens at all levels will implement relatively closed management. The offline resumption time of off-campus training institutions shall be implemented in accordance with the unified provincial requirements.

Recently, we have made adequate preparations for the resumption of school and classes, formulated and improved a series of return-to-school work plans, worked with relevant departments to carry out supervision and inspections and verification of school opening conditions, and conducted strict emergency drills , material reserves and other work to ensure that children return to school safely and smoothly. At present, the epidemic prevention and control situation is still severe. Here, the following suggestions are issued to parents and students:

1. Report personal information truthfully and proactively. Before returning to school, students must undergo a nucleic acid test. Please actively cooperate with the school to truthfully and proactively report relevant information such as residence history, contact history, health status, and nucleic acid testing status of students and people living with them within 14 days before returning to school, to ensure that no late reporting, no concealment of reporting, and no omission of reports are made. ***Build a strong safety barrier for your children.

2. Strictly implement health monitoring and treatment of abnormal symptoms. Please promptly monitor and report the daily body temperature and other health conditions of students and family members living with ***. If abnormal symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, diarrhea, etc. occur, please inform the school as soon as possible and go to the designated location at the same time. Go to the hospital and undergo a nucleic acid test. After recovery, you can only return to school with approval from the school.

3. Effectively strengthen daily personal protection. Please strictly implement personal protection requirements such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, and ventilating frequently, do not participate in any form of gathering activities, go to crowded places, do not leave the area unless necessary, and do not go to local epidemic areas.

4. Carry out transportation for children to and from school. Parents are requested to consciously abide by the school management regulations, achieve "two points and one line" to and from school, wear masks correctly, pick up and drop off quickly in designated areas, and avoid crowd gatherings. Try not to take public transportation. If you must take it, you must take full personal protection, keep a reasonable distance from others, and take measures such as washing hands and disinfecting promptly after returning home.

5. Make a good connection between online and offline learning. After the start of the school year, the school will comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of online learning, arrange an appropriate transition time, scientifically adjust the teaching starting point, teaching difficulty, and teaching capacity, and check for gaps in online teaching. Parents are asked to guide their children to actively adapt to offline learning and campus life. , work together to ensure that no child is left behind.

6. It is prohibited to participate in off-campus offline training and hosting services. According to the requirements, off-campus training institutions and custody institutions are still prohibited from carrying out offline activities at this stage, and students are not allowed to participate in any form of offline training and custody services outside the school.

7. Strengthen communication and cooperation between home and school. Before the start of school, parents are asked to guide their children to adjust their work and rest schedules and try to keep them consistent with the school schedule, so that their children can go to bed early and get up early, and complete online learning tasks on time. Parents are requested to pay attention to strengthening psychological counseling, conduct in-depth communication with their children, help them actively adjust their mentality, and be fully prepared for returning to school and classroom. Parents are requested to keep in close contact with home and school, pay attention to the information released by the Education Bureau and schools in a timely manner, and continue to support and cooperate with relevant work. If your child encounters problems in study, life, physical and mental health, etc., please communicate with the school teacher in time to solve the problem.
