2. Inspectors of foreign trade companies and third-party inspection companies are regarded as inspectors. Their work focuses on the final inspection and inspection before shipment.

The inspector's job is to check the product quality strictly and carefully, reflect the product quality objectively and fairly, and fill in the inspection report truthfully.

Three. Type of inspection service

1. Pre-production inspection: Inspectors inspect raw materials, primary processed products and parts produced by random sampling.

2. Inspection in the production process: Inspectors check the semi-finished products on the production line or the finished products just rolled off the production line, check the defects and deviations, report to the factory, and propose effective methods to correct the errors and deviations.

3. Sampling inspection of finished products before delivery: Before the products are produced and packaged for delivery (general production 100%, packaging 80%), the inspector checks the detailed information of the goods, such as quantity, technology, function, color, size and packaging. The sampling method conforms to internationally recognized standards, such as ISO 2859/nfx 06-022/ American National Standards Association /ASQC Z 1.4/ British Standard 600 1/ German Industrial Standard 40080. At the same time, follow the buyer's AQL sampling level.

4. Supervision of shipment: After sampling the final product before shipment, the inspector will assist the manufacturer to confirm whether the packaging used meets the proper cleanliness and packaging conditions in the factory base, warehouse or packaging transmission process.

5. Factory evaluation: Inspectors assign factory inspectors to inspect the working conditions, production conditions, facilities, manufacturing equipment, manufacturing methods, quality assurance management and personnel of production enterprises according to the requirements of customers, and put forward corresponding explanations and opinions, which can not only investigate the problems that may lead to quality accidents for customers, but also provide rectification opinions.

Fourth, the preliminary work flow

1. Colleagues traveling on business should contact each other's factory by phone at least one day before departure, so as to avoid the situation that there is no goods to be inspected or the person in charge is absent after arriving at the factory.

Colleagues on business trip must know the traffic routes and weather conditions before departure.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) arrives at the receiving factory or unit.

1. Call our colleagues to inform them that they have arrived at their destination.

Before the formal inspection, you should first know the order, such as whether the whole batch of goods has been completed. If not, how much has been completed? How many finished products are packed? Is the unfinished work being completed? (If the actual quantity is different from the information notified by the billing colleague, you should call the company first. If the goods are in production, you must also check the production process, try to find out the problems in the production process, notify the factory and ask for improvement? When will the rest be completed? In addition, the finished products must be photographed, viewed and counted (the number of boxes/pallets can be calculated). Please note that this information should be written in the remarks of the inspection report.

3. Take a picture with a camera and check whether the marks and numbers and packing conditions of the outer box are the same as the requirements of the unloading notice. If it's not packed yet, ask the factory if the cartons are in place. If it has arrived (even if it has not been packed, you can check the shipping mark, size, quality, cleanliness and color of the carton first, but you'd better let the factory arrange to pack a carton for us to check), if it has not arrived, you should know when it will arrive.

4. Weigh the goods (gross weight) and measure whether the size of the outer box meets the printing and unloading notice.

On the inspection report, you must fill in the specific packing information, such as how many pieces are packed in the inner box (middle box) and how many pieces are packed in the outer box. Please refer to the text: 50 pieces/inner box, 300 pieces/outer box. In addition, is the carton packed with at least two straps? Remember that the outer box should be sealed up and down with H-shaped sealing tape.

6. After sending the report back to the company, all colleagues who are on a business trip for documentary or inspection must call the company to inform and confirm that they have received the report, and inform colleagues when they plan to leave the factory.

7, according to the instructions for drop box test.

8. Check whether the outer box is damaged, whether the inner box (middle box) is a four-page box, and check that the compartment card in the inner box cannot be mottled and should be white or gray.

9. Check whether the product is damaged.

10. Spot check the goods according to the quantity description of the standard (usually AQL standard).

1 1. Photographing goods includes defective products and the situation on the production line.

12, check whether the goods meet the relevant requirements, such as product color, trademark color and location, size, appearance, product surface treatment effect (such as no scratches, stains, etc. ), product functions, etc. (Please pay special attention to (1) the effect of silk-screen printing of trademarks, without hyphenation or dragging. , and use tape to test whether screen printing will fade. (b) The color surface of the product shall not fade or fade easily.

13, check whether the color combination is damaged, whether there are creases and scratches, and whether the printing effect is excellent and consistent with the proofing.

14, check whether the goods are made of new materials, the raw materials should be nontoxic, and the ink should be nontoxic.

15, check whether all the parts of the goods are packed in place, and do not loosen or fall off easily.

20. Take away the required number of bows on the spot according to the instructions in the bag-dropping notice, and remember that representative defective products must also be taken away (very important).

2 1. After filling in the inspection report, tell the other party together with the defective products, and then ask the person in charge of the other party to sign and write the date.

22. If it is found that the goods are in poor condition (with a high probability of unqualified) or the company informs that the goods need to be handed over, the colleagues on business trip should immediately ask the factory about the arrangement of the handover work and when the goods can be handed over, and then reply to the company.

Sixth, the later work.

1. Download photos and send them to related colleagues by email, and add a simple solution to each photo in the email.

2. Sort out the samples and label them, and arrange to send them to the company on the same day or the next day.

3. Archive the original inspection report.

Colleagues on business trip should call their immediate supervisor and explain their work if they can't return to the company in time.

Remarks: The work flow of inspectors of third-party inspection companies is similar to that of foreign trade companies, but their inspection information is more detailed and their requirements for taking photos are stricter. Because they only get the information before the product is shipped and carry out the final shipment inspection, and often there is no sample control inspection.

About the testing industry

About what? Inspection industry? -Must read for newcomers.

1. What is inspection service?

Inspection service is an activity to inspect and accept the quality of supply and other related contents in the order and purchase and sale contracts on behalf of the entrusting party according to the requirements of the entrusting party. The purpose is to check whether the goods provided by the supplier meet the requirements of the order contract and other special requirements of the buyer.

Inspection service has become an international practice, which can help the buyer to avoid delivery delay and product quality defects in time, and enable the buyer to take emergency and remedial measures at the first time, thus ensuring the interests of both buyers and sellers and ensuring that consumers can buy products with confidence. For example, in the 1990s, a foreign child accidentally swallowed a doll's eyes, so a foreign inspection company that inspected these toys paid hundreds of thousands of dollars, just because the inspectors missed the eye tension index at that time.

2. Check type:

There are three ways of inspection service: DUPRO, FPI and TRI:

DUPRO mode is a test in the production process. According to the agreement, when the product is 20% or 50% complete, the inspectors will go to the manufacturer for sampling inspection to verify whether it meets the requirements of the order.

FPI method is the final product inspection. According to orders, national standards or international practices, inspectors go to factories, warehouses, docks, warehouses and other places to conduct on-site sampling inspection of finished batch products with package numbers. When necessary, they conduct sampling inspection on quality-related items to verify whether they meet the requirements of orders or relevant national standards. After passing the examination, they will issue an inspection report according to the inspection agreement, and if necessary, they can affix inspection marks on the inspected goods.

TRI mode is that inspectors inspect all products in a batch of products according to the inspection agreement.

3. Check type:

Check whether the goods provided by suppliers meet the quality requirements stipulated by national laws and regulations or relevant national standards;

Avoid delivery delay and product defects in time, and take emergency and remedial measures at the first time;

Reduce or avoid consumer complaints, returns and loss of business reputation caused by receiving inferior products;

Reduce the risk of compensation and administrative punishment caused by selling inferior products;

Verify the quality and quantity of goods to avoid contract disputes;

Compare and select the best suppliers and get relevant information and suggestions;

Reduce the high management fees and labor costs of monitoring and testing products.

4. The basis of inspection:

Sampling process:

Inspectors conduct sampling inspection according to ISO 2859 standard. The Qualified Quality Standard (AQL) will list the number of samples for each batch of products and the acceptable number of major and minor defects.

Inspection standard:

? amount

? external

? artificial

? function

? Packaging and marks and numbers

In addition, if the customer has special requirements, it will also be regarded as a test condition.
