Sixth, the mine adopts the measures of recovery while mining, and the annual capital investment for mine environmental control should reach more than 5% of mine sales revenue. Seventh, the environmental protection management system of mining enterprises is sound, the mining area is clean and tidy, and the green coverage rate is not less than 50%.
