Students are afraid of exams, and so are teachers. They are also afraid, but the content of "fear" is different:

Students are criticized for being afraid of suffering in the examination room and not doing well after the exam.

Teachers are afraid of marking papers after exams. Sometimes marking examination papers is a kind of enjoyment, and sometimes marking examination papers is a kind of spiritual "destruction".

Today, I really realized that in the same classroom, the same teacher, the same textbook and the same content, it is a world of difference.

The most satisfactory test papers are those students who are ambitious: self-disciplined, earnest and knowledgeable. I can cope with any changes in his exam questions. The answer is serious and standardized, the answer is clear and smooth, the flag is clear, there is no unnecessary nonsense, and the thinking is rigorous. Reading such a test paper is a kind of enjoyment and promotion. I often think it would be nice if more students came!

The other is "happy paper" when marking papers. Why do you say that? Probably because such students have their own personalities, they are always immersed in their own world in class, examination and study on weekdays, and their thoughts are galloping. On the test paper, it means that you will never know what to write without looking at the requirements of the topic. It will always be "the bull's head is not the horse's mouth." Whenever you read such a student paper, it often brings "happy air" to the office. After laughing, you will inevitably feel a little lonely, and you will feel sorry for the futility of your work, especially for such children wasting their clever minds.

In between are those papers that are carefully written, but the expression is unclear and inaccurate. These children are often the majority in school classes: they are also studying hard and will have some difficulties in learning and understanding. Fortunately, they didn't give up and kept on. Perhaps it is this persistence that makes them look so cute. Teachers will try their best to guide them, taking leading them forward as their greatest mission and their progress as their greatest value.

The most desperate test paper is a full-volume test paper with only names and no words. These children fell asleep as soon as they entered the examination room, as if there was nothing lovely in this world except sleeping.

Every time I read a paper, I repeatedly remind myself that everyone has his own value when he comes to this world, and there is a place to play his value.

Never use a single standard to ask students, because they are very different individuals, and their life stages may be different, so we should be full of expectations for each child.

It's just that sometimes I can't get around the inner obstacles: I hope every child doesn't neglect his youth or studies when it's time to study.
