I often do things like picking up the plane and booking rooms. Call a five-star hotel to make a reservation, and they confirm that the fax says:

We are looking forward to the arrival of Mr xxx. Party back to xxx hotel.

Write the pick-up card like this: ms.saraliss-Katz &; gathering

Or add "welcome" before it.

Don't worry, a few statements upstairs will do, as long as the name and gender are printed correctly. The key is eye-catching, preferably concise, and the font is large enough.
