Some of the long-standing problems are policy-oriented, but others are caused by human factors. The long-standing problems reflected by most people cannot be solved overnight, even at the grass-roots level, which objectively affects the people's views on party organizations at all levels, and affects the grassroots party member people's recognition and enthusiasm for creating "three types" party organizations.
