Oil dirt, sediment, gravel, water, etc. should be cleaned on the surface of the equipment foundation and in the linings of reserved water, electricity, and gas pipes. Clean, the cutting height of the liner should be slightly higher than the ground; 4. The embedded water, electricity and gas pipelines should not be higher than the ground, and a pressure test should be carried out before installation to prevent pipeline leakage; 5. Before the equipment is put in place, construction should be carried out The drawings and the axis or edge lines and elevation lines of the relevant buildings shall be used to delineate the installation baseline; 6. When installing equipment, warning signs should be placed in locations where there are potential safety hazards. (Such as pits, suspended equipment, higher equipment without a fixed base, etc.); 2. Mechanical equipment installation standards 1. The threads and nuts of the embedded anchor bolts should be kept intact and should not be bruised or bent; 2. The oil stain and oxide layer on the anchor bolts should be cleaned, and a small amount of grease should be applied on the threads; 3. After the equipment is positioned, the anchor nuts need to be tightened in place, and the length of the exposed nut of the bolt should be 1/3 of the bolt diameter. Or 2/3; 4. The contact between the nut and the gasket, the gasket and the equipment base should be even and tight; 5. The equipment should be corrected and leveled with inclined shims, adjustment shims or flat shims. There should be at least one set of pads next to each anchor bolt. The pads should be placed close to the foot and the main stress-bearing part of the base, and the distance between adjacent pad groups should be kept within 500---1000mm; 6. Pairs of inclined pads should be used for load-bearing pad groups Iron, and it should be welded firmly after leveling and before grouting; 7. Equipment that bears heavy loads or has strong continuous vibrations should use flat shims. Thin shims should not be used and should not exceed 5 pieces. Thick shims should be placed In the lowest layer, the thin one should be placed in the middle and the thickness should not be less than 2mm, and the pad iron should be welded firmly. The cast iron pad iron does not need to be welded; 8. Each pad iron group should be placed neatly and stably and have good contact. After the equipment is leveled, each set of horns should be pressed tightly and the sound should be checked by tapping each set with a hand hammer. For high-speed running equipment, a 0.05mm feeler gauge should be used to check the gaps between the pads and between the pads and the equipment base. Select pipes of appropriate specifications and sizes according to the maximum inlet, drainage, and air volume of the equipment. Equipment that can be operated independently should reserve valves for independent control;
