Conceptual aspects

1. Highlight the marine theme and highlight the coastal characteristics. The ocean is the cradle of life, and protecting our last ocean is the greatest contribution to environmental protection. This Expo will be held on the seaside of Jinzhou. On the basis of creating and displaying garden landscapes with world-class artistic taste, it will fully integrate the core concepts of green and environmental protection characterized by the ocean, show the world the history of marine civilization, and rationally utilize and develop marine resources, and call for marine protection.

2. The "Garden of Ten Thousand Gardens" that gathers the greatest achievements of garden art in the world. With the full support and cooperation of the International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA), one of the organizers, this Expo will collect and select 20 of the best garden design works from the world's top garden masters. The Jinzhou World Expo Park will present to the world a "Garden of Ten Thousand Gardens" that is the highest achievement of the contemporary era and a collection of the world's greatest achievements in garden art. The Executive Committee of the Jinzhou Expo has established a review committee composed of organizers, local governments and international landscape masters, and has begun to collect works from global landscape design masters. In June 2011, the IFLA annual The review results will be announced to the world at the meeting.

3. Built on the seaside and reserved forever. The 2013 Jinzhou Expo is located in the core area of ??Longqiwan Development Zone, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. Covering an area of ??3 square kilometers, it is one of the largest expo parks in the world. This is also the first time in my country that land reclamation technology has been used to build a large-scale expo park in the core hinterland of the entire development zone. It not only shows the development level of ecological utilization and science and technology in my country, but also embodies Jinzhou’s innovative and pioneering spirit. At the same time, after the expo, the park will be permanently retained and become a large green park along the coast of Jinzhou. It will not only significantly enhance the environmental value and land value of Longqiwan Development Zone in Jinzhou City, but will also become a new landmark of Jinzhou City’s urban construction.

4. The world's first expo to hold this model. Collecting outstanding design works from international garden and landscape design masters from around the world, this original holding model will be a unique innovation in the exposition model in China and even the world.

5. An expo supported by strong professional organizations. This is the first international garden and landscape expo supported by two authoritative international gardening and horticulture organizations, AIPH and IFLA.

6. An environmentally friendly exposition. Using the Garden Landscape Expo to develop coastal saline-alkali land, creatively carry out garden landscape design in the seaside saline-alkali land, and improve the ecological environment are of extremely important practical significance for solving the problem of urban greening and salinity.

7. Green expo. This expo will advocate the concept of "green expo". From planning and design to construction, environmental protection, energy saving, and low emissions will be the primary principles, creating an expo with the most expressive green concept!
