Select slightly acidic soil with an altitude of 800 meters to1200m and a pH value of 4.5 to 6.5. The zinc content in the soil is above 80mg/kg, and the selenium content is above 1.0mg/kg.

(4) Picking fresh leaves.

Picking time: March to September.

Standard picking: single bud, one bud, one leaf, one bud, two leaves and three leaves. The tenderness, uniformity and cleanliness of fresh leaves should be basically the same.

(5) Processing technology.

Technological process: spreading fresh leaves → deactivating enzymes → setting → baking (frying) blanks → setting → baking (extracting) fragrance → selecting → finished products.

(6) product quality.

1. Sensory characteristics: complete buds and leaves, even cords, light green color, high aroma, strong taste, strong but not bitter, green but not astringent, fresh but not light, mellow and sweet, and resistant to brewing.

2. Physical and chemical indexes: zinc 40mg ~ 100mg/kg, selenium 0.25mg ~ 3.50mg/kg, moisture ≤ 7.0, total ash ≤7.0%, crude fiber ≤ 16.0%, powder ≤5.0% and water extract ≥ 36. Producers within the scope of protection of geographical indication products of Fenggang zinc-rich and selenium-rich tea may apply to Fenggang County Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision for the use of "special signs for geographical indication products", which shall be approved by the AQSIQ.
