Second, the basic requirements for the selection of decorative materials

Metal or nonmetal can be selected.

(1) The surface of the material shall be smooth, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, dust-free and have certain strength;

(2) easy cleaning, easy disinfection, no moisture absorption, no moisture permeability and no mildew are required;

(3) It has good environmental protection, energy saving, anti-static, heat preservation and sound insulation functions;

(4) Must be incombustible or incombustible;

(5) stable quality, easy processing, economy and practicality.

(6) The surface shall be smooth, free from pulverization, reflection and dust, with soft color, pressure and disinfectant corrosion resistance.

Third, the choice of main materials in the operating room

It is suggested that the anti-static floor should be chosen as the floor material in the high-rise operating room, because some instruments and equipment in the high-rise operating room are relatively precise and have special requirements for conductivity and anti-static.

The main properties of the coiled material are convenient and quick construction, antistatic, scrub-resistant, good overall air tightness, wear resistance, silence, softness and comfort. However, the stains after iodine pollution are not easy to remove.

Fourth, the operating room wall materials

There are many materials that can be used as the wall of operating room, such as Dacromet steel plate, Fubet plate, Bonda plate, aluminum-plastic plate, engineering plastic and so on. Our company still recommends that electrolytic steel plate is more suitable for China's national conditions. The common electrolytic steel plates in China are Shanghai Baosteel plate, Belgian plate, Dutch plate and Korean plate. Shanghai Baosteel's electrolytic steel plate has the best destructive comparison test and moderate price. Electrolytic steel plates in Belgium and the Netherlands are expensive, while the quality of Korean plates is not as good as that of Baosteel plates, but the price is lower.

The size of air supply ceiling should not be lower than the requirements of operating room standards at all levels proposed in Technical Specification for Clean Operating Room Building, but it should not be too large. The most important thing about the static pressure box is that the installation port of each high-efficiency filter must be neat and flat and tightly sealed, because the gong bolt should have enough density. Ensure that the hydrostatic tank has a good air seal. Most of our company's shock-absorbing nets are stainless steel plates or aluminum plates, and then they are made by laser drilling and plastic spraying.

Sixth, the operating room sealed door

The key of clean operating room is air purification and airflow organization, so the door of clean operating room must be a hanging automatic push-pull airtight door to prevent the interference and pollution of external airflow. In addition, due to the loss of positive pressure during the operation, if the door is opened for a long time and the exhaust fan is still running, it is likely to cause negative pressure in the operating room and cause pollution. Therefore, a linkage device should be set between the door and the exhaust fan to ensure that the exhaust fan stops running while the door is open. The door should also be equipped with automatic delay closing device, anti-pinch device and anti-collision device, which meet the requirements of long life, low noise, low fault and easy maintenance.

Seven, the operating room of all kinds of basic equipment, etc.

Instrument cabinet, anesthesia cabinet, medicine cabinet, writing desk, film viewing box, socket box, light belt, speaker, central control panel, medical gas terminal, etc. The operating room should be hidden, and the joints of different materials should be flat and sealed. If necessary, you need to carry a sealed box. Ensure the air tightness of the operating room and avoid prominent uneven parts. Prevent dust and bacteria from accumulating.

Eight, disinfection sink

Each operating room of the operating department's hand-washing pool is equipped with no more than 2 faucets and a non-manual switch. The water supply pipe shall be stainless steel pipe or copper pipe and nontoxic water supply plastic pipe. The drain must be equipped with a high water seal device at the lower part of the drain.

There should be no floor drain in the clean operating room. The floor drain should be set in the brush room and beside the sanitary ware, and it must be encrypted and sealed. The diameter of the drain pipe is one step larger than the conventional one.

All pipelines shall be concealed and dew prevention measures shall be taken. Casing should be added when the pipeline crosses the floor.
