Dedication is a moral category and is a person’s attitude towards being responsible or irresponsible for the work he or she is doing. Morality is the behavioral norms that people in different groups agree on for what they should and should not do for the benefit of our collective. Therefore, dedication is the work attitude of people who strictly abide by professional ethics when working in a certain group.
