What are the safety operation procedures for car roof maintenance?

(1) Entering the car roof: use the landing door mechanical key (triangle key) to open the landing door, confirm the car position after opening the door, turn off the car roof safety switch, turn on the car roof lighting, and turn the car roof maintenance switch to the maintenance state before entering the car roof.

② Car roof operation:

(1) It is forbidden to drive too fast. Before operation, the operators should cooperate closely and echo each other before starting the elevator.

(2) Operators and tools shall not exceed the outer edge of the car to prevent danger.

③ Turn off the safety switch (emergency stop button) immediately after parking to ensure safety.

(3) Exit the car top: When exiting the car top, the operator should first exit the car top, then turn off the lighting on the car top, turn the maintenance switch to the running state, restore the safety switch (emergency stop button), and then close the upper door to confirm that the door lock is effective.

(4) Emergency treatment: When the elevator is out of control, the car can't stop even if the safety switch (emergency stop button) has been turned off. Stay calm and don't open the landing door and try to jump out of the car roof. Immediately squat down under the upper beam and hold a stable object with your hands.
