Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the maintenance, repair, inspection, evaluation and management of urban bridges (including ancillary facilities) within the urban area of this Municipality.

Tenth municipal facilities management institutions should establish and improve the archives information management, timely maintenance, repair operations and inspection records into the information management system. (4) Setting up, hanging and posting advertisements and slogans without authorization;

(5) Building buildings and structures that affect the function and safety of urban bridges;

(6) Tracked vehicles, iron-wheeled vehicles, and vehicles with gross vehicle cargo exceeding the traffic tonnage and traffic height of urban bridges pass on urban bridges without authorization;

(7) parking, cleaning, practicing and repairing motor vehicles on urban bridges;

(8) Erecting gas pipelines, high-voltage wires above 1 kV and other flammable and explosive pipelines on urban bridges;

(9) Dumping garbage and wastes;

(1) other acts of occupying or damaging urban bridges.

The management scope and safety area of urban bridges refer to other land within the planning red line of urban bridges, the space under urban bridges, and certain areas on both sides of the vertical projection plane of the main body and approach bridge of urban bridges: 5m in front, back, left and right, and 5m in upstream and downstream; Special urban bridges can be designated in conjunction with the planning department according to the actual situation.
