How to draw a simple and beautiful poster

How to draw a simple and beautiful poster as follows:

Create a new poster with a width of 900, a length of 1200, and a resolution of 72. Use the rectangle tool to draw several circles of different sizes.

When drawing a circle, be sure to press Shift with the left mouse button at the same time, so that the circle drawn will be more square and not deformed.

To adjust the position of the circle, press the space bar without releasing the mouse.

Note: Create a new layer before drawing a circle for easy modification. That is to ensure one circle and one layer.

To color the circle, click the Rectangle Tool, then click Fill and Stroke at the top.

Click on the red circle in the picture below and a color picker will pop up. Click on the white dot to select the desired color.

Right-click behind any layer to bring up the menu bar and select Merge Visible Layers.

It will look like this, with only one layer left. Select Filter - Blur - Gaussian Blur. In Gaussian blur, the picture becomes blurry as the small white triangle is pulled to the right. Just pull a few circles together until you can't see the shape clearly. Like below.

If you want to add texture, click Filter - Noise - Add Noise. Quantity 5, evenly distributed. The effect is as follows. On this basis, adding products, text and pictures will be richer. But everyone should remember that the background we just made is already very colorful. Just use ordinary fonts for the text. Do not use fancy fonts, otherwise the picture will be messy and have no priority.
