At the same time, during the summer, Zhongtan Road in Beidaihe District (from the south entrance of Baoer Road to the south entrance of Dongsan Road) will be set up as a pedestrian street, with all vehicles prohibited. Xitan Road (from the south entrance of Jianqiu Road to the south entrance of Xiliu Road) is closed to motor vehicles, except for licensed work vehicles and buses. Dongtan Road (section from Dongpo Road to Jinxu) is one-way from north to south from 6:00 to 20:00, and large passenger vehicles are not allowed to pass. Motor vehicles are prohibited from turning left onto Dongtan Road at the four intersections including Dongpo Road, Tourism Pier, Kangle Road and Jinxu Road that intersect with Dongtan Road. Freight motor vehicles and passenger vehicles with more than eight seats (including eight seats) are prohibited from passing on the East and West Meridian Roads. Vehicles traveling to and from the urban area and Shanhaiguan via Beidaihe in Nandaihe and Gold Coast will all bypass Xintuofeng Road and Western Expressway.

Shanhaiguan District: South Street, East Street, West Street, North Street, and the first pass road prohibit the passage of motor vehicles and animal-drawn vehicles. Longhai Avenue, Guancheng South Road, Guancheng West Road, and Laolongtou Road prohibit the passage of large trucks, motor tricycles, tractors, low-speed trucks, and animal-drawn vehicles.
