Chapter VI Safety and Confidentiality of Marking and Examination Results as stipulated in the National Education Examination

Forty-third marking, examination results and other related information security work by the corresponding education and examination institutions. It is strictly forbidden to disclose the information of candidates, exams and marking papers that have not been officially announced.

Forty-fourth examination staff involved in marking work shall not disclose the progress of unified marking and related information to the outside world. Without the consent of the main person in charge of the provincial education examination institutions, the examination results of candidates shall not be inquired or changed. If you find anything suspicious that changes your test scores, you should report it to the relevant person in charge in time. Computer operators are not allowed to change candidates' test scores under any pretext.

Forty-fifth do a good job in the security maintenance of computer rooms and computer hardware equipment, prevent malicious attacks by hackers or natural disasters, and ensure data security.

Forty-sixth authorized by the person in charge of education and examination institutions can use the internal network, unauthorized personnel are not allowed to operate or use any computer in the internal network.

Forty-seventh examination data backup system. The score database is jointly responsible by the data administrator and the system administrator. Data administrators back up data regularly every day.

Forty-eighth computer passwords should be the responsibility of the provincial education examination institutions, and the passwords of important computers must be the responsibility of more than two people.
