Decision of the State Council Municipal Government on Abolishing Some Administrative Regulations

1. Abolish 49 administrative regulations whose main contents have been replaced by new laws or administrative regulations. (See Annex 1 for the catalogue). 43 administrative regulations have been declared invalid or the objects of adjustment have disappeared, but they have actually become invalid. (See Annex 2 for the list)

This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
