What does a technical investigation liaison do?

He is the person in charge of technical investigation of cases in the Criminal Investigation Brigade of public security organs.

Responsibilities include communication and coordination with the outside world to ensure the smooth technical investigation of the case. The technical investigation liaison officer shall communicate with other police departments, relevant experts and technicians, and coordinate the resources of all parties to ensure that the technical investigation needs of the case are met. We will cooperate with forensic doctors, appraisers, network security experts and other professionals to collect and analyze technical evidence in cases and provide technical support for case detection.
