Summary of two global 100-day publicity activities

At the Fourth Executive Committee Meeting of the 15th CPC Central Committee, Chairman Wang Zhaoguo made it clear on behalf of the CPC Central Committee that it is necessary to vigorously promote the establishment of trade union organizations in enterprises, carry out collective wage negotiations according to law, and give full play to the role of trade union organizations in the overall work of the party and the state. In order to implement the objectives, tasks and working measures of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions on promoting two universal actions and the plan of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions on launching two universal hundred-day publicity, the District Federation of Trade Unions vigorously launched two universal hundred-day publicity activities throughout the region.

First, leaders attach great importance to it. In order to make the two universal 100-day publicity activities more vivid, solid and effective, the District Federation of Trade Unions held a special meeting attended by secretaries in charge of various streets (townships), bureaus and lines, arranged and deployed the two universal publicity activities, formulated a detailed activity plan, defined tasks and implemented responsibilities.

Second, the publicity is in place and the atmosphere is strong. Combined with the actual situation in our region, with the establishment of trade unions as the focus, migrant workers as the key object of membership development. Promote the formation of trade unions and workers' membership in accordance with the law, vigorously promote the improvement of trade union organizations from quantity to quality, and effectively improve the rate of trade union formation and workers' membership. We widely publicize the two universal spirits through carriers and forms such as staff bookstores, wall newspapers, publicity windows and slogans. More than 300 eye-catching slogans such as "promoting enterprises to establish trade unions according to law" and "promoting enterprises to carry out wage negotiations according to law" were posted on main roads such as Apollo Square and railway station, and more than 500 publicity materials were distributed. After publicity, the work of the two universities has been highly valued by the party and the government at all levels. Only on the basis of grasping the establishment of trade unions, and unswervingly grasping the key measure of promoting collective wage negotiation in enterprises, can we lead the whole body and drive all aspects of trade unions to safeguard their rights. Grass-roots trade unions also give full play to the advantages of their respective positions and use blackboard newspapers, publicity windows and other publicity tools to carry out extensive publicity.
