Relevant departments such as natural resources and planning, education, health, development and reform, finance, transportation, culture, radio, television, and tourism should do a good job in the classification and management of domestic waste according to the division of responsibilities. Chapter 2 Classification and Disposal Article 8 Units and individuals that generate domestic waste are responsible for the classification and distribution of domestic waste.
