Agricultural machinery and vehicles, combine harvesters, cultivators, graders and other field operation machinery that support summer harvest and farmland capital construction; Article 5 Except as stipulated in Article 4 of these Measures, all vehicles shall pay tolls. Sixth vehicle tolls according to the following standards approved tonnage collection:

3, passenger and cargo vehicles in addition to the front seat of the passenger and cargo combined collection;

4, special vehicles and vehicles without approved tonnage shall be assessed according to their own weight.
