The Hangzhou Asian Games will form a selection of "Smart Asian Games" application scenarios, complete the global collection of solutions, and sort out the list of key projects for the "Smart Asian Games" , focusing on the six aspects of "tickets, food, housing, transportation, travel, and shopping" for Asian Games participants, integrating 18 scenarios in the digital city, creating a "smart Asian Games one-stop" one-stop viewing platform and officially launched it.

According to the guidelines of "Hangzhou takes the lead and the whole province enjoys it", the construction of venue facilities in Hangzhou and the five Hangzhou foreign competition cities including Ningbo, Wenzhou, Jinhua, Shaoxing and Huzhou Deqing is progressing steadily. A total of 58 competition venues and facilities have been identified across the province, including 53 competition venues, 1 Asian Games village and 4 Asian Games sub-villages.
