Besides Lines 3 and 5, is there any other traffic planning for Science and Technology City?

According to the preliminary planning, the trams in Yuhang District are mainly concentrated in the future science and technology city plate, with a total of six lines, which almost radiate Xianlin, Laoyuhang, Liu Qian and Cang Qian, with a total length of 74.4 kilometers and a construction period ranging from 20 16 to 2020. In other words, by 2020, trams will become the main means of transportation for future science and technology cities.

During the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan period, three tram lines were mainly built:

Tram line 1: Start from Sandun, follow Wen Yi West Road, pass through Dream Town, Cang Qian, Alibaba and Yuhang Town, reach Qingshan Lake, and connect with Metro Line 5 Phase II and Metro Line 3.

Tram Line 2: Start from Yuhang Street, pass Wuchang Avenue, Jingchang Avenue and Wuchang Wetland, and join the subway line.

Tram Line 3: Starting from Xianlin Town, passing Xianlin East Road and Liangmu Road to the core area of future science and technology city. This line is a big plus for Xianlin plate.

Hangzhou Lincheng Railway started construction in the second half of this year, and was completed and put into use on 20 19. Yuhang District plans to have two intercity railways, namely Hangzhou Haining Intercity Railway and Hangzhou Lin 'an Intercity Railway.

Hanglin Railway: On May 8, the preliminary design of Hanglin Railway passed the examination of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission. The preliminary design of Lin 'an Line has been completed, and the next step is to deepen the subway design scheme and make construction drawings. It is expected to start construction in the second half of this year, and strive to be completed and used simultaneously with Metro Line 5 in 20 19.

Hanglin Railway has a total length of 34.98 kilometers, with 2 stations 12, including 5 underground stations and 7 elevated stations. At Luting Road Station, you can transfer to Metro Line 3 (Planning) and Line 5.

After the opening of the Hanglin Line, it takes about 1 bus from Lin 'an to downtown Hangzhou, just like taking a bus. Not only is it convenient for residents in Lin 'an and Hangzhou to travel, but also important sectors such as Lin 'an main city, Qingshan Lake Science and Technology City and Future Science and Technology City, as well as high-quality educational resources such as Zhejiang University, Hangzhou Normal University and Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University can be connected.

Hangzhou-Haining Intercity Railway: At present, Hangzhou-Haining Railway has completed site survey, project license and preliminary design review, but the commencement time is not clear.

According to the plan, the Hangzhou-Shanghai intercity railway is about 47 kilometers long. It starts from high-speed railway station, Yuhang, on the subway 1 line, connects the towns in Haining to the east, extends to the urban area of Haining to the east, passes through china leather City and ends at Biyun Road Station. Along the line, it passes through Yuhang District and Haining Xucun Town, Chang 'an Town, Zhouwangmiao Town, Yan Guan Town, Xieqiao Town and Haining main city, with 12 station.

Now from Hangzhou to Haining, it takes more than 1 to drive to Hangpu Expressway. From now on, take the subway, from Yuhang high-speed railway station to the terminal Biyun Road Station, and it will take about 0.5 minutes. At the end of 20 18, the whole line was connected.

Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), Line 4 and Line 7 are already in operation. Next, we will continue to speed up the improvement of BRT bus rapid transit network construction, and open a bus line between Linping Venture City and the main city to achieve seamless connection with the bus rapid transit system in the main city.

Phase II of Line 4: The B4 line currently in operation runs from East Railway Station to Zhongtai Bus Station. In the planning (draft), the second phase of Line 4 will continue to the west until it reaches the BRT bus terminal in the center of Laoyuhang Street.

Phase I project of Line 6: The construction permit was obtained as early as 20 15, and it is planned to go from Jiangcun bus center station to the future science and technology city. However, due to the planning of subways and trams in the future science and technology city section, in order to optimize the line, the overall construction is suspended, and only a few stations on Wen Yi West Road are currently under construction. In the "Planning" (opinion draft), this line should be extended, starting from Liangmu Road, passing through the future science and technology city and reaching the old Yuhang Street.

Phase II of Line 7: The B7 line currently in operation runs from Jiaojiacun to Chongxian New City. In the planning (draft), this line will continue to extend northward, starting from the BRT temporary terminal of Chongxian New Town and going along Chongkang Road to Tangqi Town.

Note: All the planned routes of the above subway are approved by the state, and the final route direction is subject to the announcement of the subway group.

In addition, in terms of urban roads, Yuhang mainly promotes the construction of road networks such as Linping "Three Roads and One Ring Road" Expressway, Liuxiang Road West Extension and Shugang Avenue Expressway, and accelerates road improvement projects such as Ouhuazhou Street and Renmin Road.

Continue to promote the construction of public parking lots and vigorously implement parking industrialization. By 2020, 5000 public parking spaces will be added, and 1 000 public parking spaces will be added or renovated every year.

Accelerate the construction of new energy charging piles and set charging piles in new projects and public parking lots (garages). Accelerate the construction of a ring network for charging and replacing electric vehicles with a radius of 5 kilometers.

There are 50 pedestrian and bicycle traffic systems in the city to build a green slow-moving system with Yuhang characteristics.
