The Municipal Health and Wellness Committee should strengthen the supervision and management of clinical blood use in medical institutions, and improve the scientific and standardized level of clinical blood use. All kinds of medical institutions at all levels should scientifically formulate plans for clinical blood use according to the development of clinical business, strengthen the management of clinical blood use, extensively carry out education and training on scientific blood use, reduce unnecessary blood transfusion and put an end to the waste of blood resources. Conditional medical institutions should actively carry out their own blood storage and autotransfusion technology to expand blood sources.

7. Strengthen blood donation publicity, broadcast public service advertisements for blood donation for free, and cooperate with theme publicity and large-scale publicity activities.

8, the blood donation work into the overall planning of spiritual civilization construction, as an important part of the assessment of civilized communities and civilized units. Units and individuals that have made remarkable contributions to the cause of blood donation shall be commended and rewarded in accordance with the provisions of the National Measures for Commending and Encouraging Blood Donation and the Regulations of Jiangsu Province on Blood Donation.

1. Preferential policies for blood donation in Taiyuan:

1, blood donors have donated more than 800ml free of charge for life since the date of blood donation.

2. Since the date of blood donation, the spouse, parents and children of the blood donor shall use blood free of charge according to the amount of blood donated.

3. When the amount of blood donated by unpaid blood donors reaches 800ml, I can use blood for free when I use whole blood. When it does not reach 800ml, I can use blood for five years according to five times the amount of blood donated, and twice the amount of blood donated after five years.

When the immediate family members use whole blood, they can use blood at any time for free, and when platelets are collected by machine, they will be returned in the same amount according to the amount of platelets that can be extracted from whole blood.

4. If the donated machine-collected platelets reach one unit, the unpaid blood donors themselves can use any blood products for free, and the spouses, parents and children of the unpaid blood donors can use the machine-collected platelets for free. When using whole blood, they can be converted into 800ml whole blood according to each unit.

Two, one of the following acts, shall be banned by the health administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level, confiscate the illegal income, and may impose a fine of not more than one hundred thousand yuan; If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law:

2 blood stations and medical institutions sell blood donated without compensation;

3. illegally organizing others to sell blood.
