According to the "Notice on Trial Ladder Electricity Price for Household Electricity Consumption in Henan Province", the ladder electricity price of residents in Henan Province is divided into three grades, and the implementation scope is for urban and rural residents who implement "one household, one meter" in the province.

The first grade electricity consumption standard is determined by each household per month 180 kwh, and the electricity price below this base remains unchanged, that is, 0.56 yuan per kwh;

The second grade electricity consumption standard is determined according to each household's monthly 180~260 degrees, and the electricity price is increased by 0.05 yuan/degree, that is, 0.6 yuan1degree;

The third grade electricity consumption standard is above 260 degrees per household per month, and the electricity price is increased by 0.30 yuan/degree, that is, 0.86 yuan per degree.

The staff of the 95598 power supply service hotline told the reporter that in order to prevent residents from using too much electricity in Xia Dong, which may lead to a substantial increase in costs, the ladder electricity price standard for residents in Henan Province is determined annually, that is, the cumulative electricity consumption of "one household, one meter" users within one year is not higher than 2 160 kWh, and the electricity price is 0.56 yuan/kWh; The part higher than 2 160 degrees but not higher than 3 120 degrees shall be implemented according to the second price standard; The part higher than 3 120 degrees shall be implemented according to the third price standard.
