At the meeting, all transportation units were required to follow the principle of "paying close attention to the surface and solidly carrying out special rectification"

After the meeting, our bureau distributed 2000 copies of publicity materials to all relevant units, and issued a letter on doing a good job in environmental management of urban highways and waterways to township governments, requiring towns to promptly implement various remediation tasks in the implementation plan. On June 19, based on the weekly inspection of transportation units, our bureau organized a group spot check of the special "Governance Month" activity of transportation system, which achieved the expected results.

First, the situation and effect of special rectification of highways and waterways

In the special governance activities, our bureau and its subordinate units have made careful arrangements, meticulously organized, highlighted key points, and overcome difficulties, and achieved remarkable rectification results.

(a) to create a bright spot for highway regulation, supervision and supervision of "people's livelihood projects".

This year, the objectives and tasks of the "People's Livelihood Project" issued by our bureau in the urban area are: to build 60 kilometers of Tongcun Highway; Three township passenger stations have been built. On June 16, our bureau held a special analysis meeting on the implementation progress of the transportation project "People's Livelihood Project", and analyzed and evaluated the start, progress, quality and supervision of all the village and passenger station projects listed in the "People's Livelihood Project" in each town one by one, and put forward three measures to step up the implementation of the "People's Livelihood Project" construction task: First, focus on urging the slow progress. Second, supervise the township passenger station project by listing, ensure that the main projects of the two passenger stations of Torch and Dadu Middle School in Dadukou Town will be completed by the end of June, strive to complete the Gaodong passenger station project in Mianhuapo Town by the end of July, and urge Ma Shang and Xinle Town to step up coordination and complete the preliminary work of the passenger station project, start construction as soon as possible, and strive to overfulfill the annual passenger station construction objectives and tasks before the end of 10; Third, all traffic engineering packages and engineers and technicians should regularly go to towns and villages to inspect and supervise "people's livelihood projects", grasp, inspect and supervise the construction progress at any time, carry out quality sampling inspection, coordinate and solve existing problems and difficulties in time, and ensure that the Tongcun highway project is completed according to the target progress.

By the end of June, the whole region had started to build 24 Tongcun highways with a length of 5 1.9 km, completed subgrade works for 45 km, and built Tongcun highways with a length of 36. 1 km (including gravel roads with a length of 23.6 km and cement roads with a length of 0/2.5 km), accounting for 60.2% of the annual target tasks of "People's Livelihood Project". The main works of the two bus stations, Torch and Dadu Middle School in Dadukou Town, were fully completed in the second half of this month. The project of Gaodong Passenger Station in Mianhuapo Town started in late June, and the main project is planned to be completed before the end of July. The bus terminal projects in Ma Shang and Xinle Town are stepping up the preliminary work such as planning and site selection, and strive to start construction as soon as possible. In the past six months, the traffic has exceeded the target and task of the annual township bus station construction.

(two) to carry out highway environmental improvement with the focus on trunk roads.

According to the Administrative Measures for Comprehensive Improvement of Urban and Rural Environment of Main Trunks in xx District of xx City, formulated by the district government, this month, our bureau and transportation units organized a special improvement of highway sanitation and facilities focusing on regional trunk roads.

1. Highway infrastructure construction and improvement of sanitary conditions have been intensified. * * * Complete the construction of 5 kilometers of rural roads this month; The reconstruction project of Huguo Street completed 0.8 km of broken old pavement and 0.4 km of water-stable layer; After the bidding for survey and design is completed, the scheme design of the Huguo Bridge project is under way. Cities and towns along regional trunk highways implement the responsibility of "three guarantees in front of the door" for residents on both sides of the road, dredge and clean the back ditches and side ditches of the road, apply herbicides, remove white garbage on the roadside, and rectify the phenomenon of littering, littering and illegal construction.

2. Continue to crack down on illegal vehicle operation and overloading, and strengthen road inspection and law enforcement. 3. (three) the implementation of toll stations, passenger stations, motor vehicle maintenance environment management.

District Lida Company invested 80,000 yuan to clean up 3 tons of sanitary dead space garbage in major passenger stations, added temporary passenger parking lots 1 car in Longtan, standardized 7 places for advertisements, stalls, signs, rust removal and painting, standardized 9 places for parking, marking and parking signs of inbound vehicles, dismantled scaffolding of Hedong Passenger Station, standardized random stall sites, and signed agreements with rental shops and stalls. The district bus company spent 1.3 million yuan to regulate the environmental sanitation and facilities of Anfuqiao passenger station and bus passenger center, carry out the management of stolen disorderly buses, refresh the appearance of 65,438 vehicles, provide civilized, safe and high-quality service training for bus drivers and sales personnel, and post 1.44 rectification slogans at bus stations and bus bodies.

3. The District Transportation Management Office is responsible for conducting surprise inspections on all motor vehicle maintenance enterprises within its jurisdiction, and it is strictly forbidden to take up road repairs and cause site pollution, and urge car owners to maintain environmental sanitation in the responsible area, implement the responsibility of "three guarantees in front of the door" and keep it clean for a long time.

(four) the implementation of the management of passenger terminals, ships and beaches.

2. Our bureau and the District Waterway Office continue to cooperate with the leading group of the district floodplain management, strengthen the comprehensive improvement of the environmental sanitation of the floodplain in binjiang road, Naxi, implement the duty system of the responsible area of the binjiang road floodplain, arrange personnel to be on duty in shifts, and hire cleaning staff for long-term cleaning.

Second, the next special rectification work plan and measures

(1) The leading group for comprehensive improvement of city circle will strengthen the inspection and supervision of comprehensive improvement of traffic city circle, push it forward month by month, and consolidate the achievements of environmental improvement of highways and waterways. Adhere to the weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and year-end regular inspection and analysis and evaluation system, and record the inspection situation as an important basis for the annual target assessment of all units, units and individuals. Units and responsible persons who are ineffective in rectification work or have major problems should be punished and seriously accountable in accordance with the Measures for the Assessment of Rewards and Punishment.

(2) Fight the tough battle of infrastructure construction and transformation around the traffic city, and strive to complete the preliminary work of the gravel supporting project of the national protection section of the bridge closure and replacement passage (Huahu Road) of Huguo Bridge as soon as possible, the large and medium repair project of Xu Na Road, the reconstruction project of Huguo Street, the security project of Xu Na Road, the greening project of Bai Na Road, and the accelerated120km rural broken road construction project, and strive to include Dawan Road and Gaoxin Road in this year's construction plan.

(3) Continue to create a bright spot of traffic ring reconstruction, supervise and urge, step up the implementation of the "livelihood project" of 60 km Tongcun Highway, focus on supervising the progress of the slow-moving Zhentongcun cement road project, and urge 26 Tongcun highways to start construction in an all-round way as soon as possible to ensure the project quality and complete the construction tasks according to the target schedule. At the same time, we will continue to "supervise and supervise" the three passenger station projects in Mianhuapo, Ma Shang and Xinle Town, and strive to exceed the annual passenger station construction target and task before the end of 10.

(4) Intensify the crackdown on illegal operation of urban and rural vehicles and overloading transportation, investigate and deal with illegal acts of modifying vehicles, rectify the disorderly operation of passenger and freight transportation, safeguard the right of way, and promote the obvious improvement of the order of urban and rural passenger and freight transportation.

(5) Explore the regional business model, actively develop small-scale passenger transport in rural areas, and effectively curb illegal operations; Implement the pilot work of rural passenger transport operation, and strive to promote the opening of bus lines from Naxi City to Dadu Industrial Park during the year.

(VI) Carry out in-depth traffic environment improvement actions, increase investment, improve road surface and ditches and maintain facilities, and implement safety and cleaning actions for key stations, ferries, docks, urban-rural fringe areas and land and water transport vehicles.
