Matters needing attention in painting

Now many families choose to decorate their own houses. Painting is typical, but the seemingly simple painting process is not so simple to operate! The following precautions cannot be omitted.

Before painting, mouth protection (such as marble, floor tiles, window sills, kitchen equipment, etc. ) must be done.

Inspection before plastering

Before plastering, check whether there are cracks and empty shells in the plastering layer of the original wall. If there is such a phenomenon, it must be chiseled away and repainted (large-area empty shell walls must be notified to the owner for discussion and solution).

Anti-rust treatment of screw holes

After anti-rust treatment, the screw holes shall be leveled with putty, and the joints shall be tied with thick bandages.

Wall plastering shall not be less than 3 times, and oil emulsion paint shall be 3 to 4 times (including sealing primer once).

Latex paint wall construction should be smooth, vertical corner and horizontal beam corner.

Wallpaper structure

Wallpaper should be painted with moisture-proof paint first, the wallpaper should have relative texture, and the seams should be tight, and the corners of yin and yang should not be bulged.

Nail scar treatment

The color of putty for nail scar should be basically the same as that of decorative panel, and the putty for filling nail scar should not be invaginated.

Decorative board treatment

Oil primer for decorative board for 6 times (including 1 sealing primer), and oil topcoat before polishing and waxing for 1 time (if there are special requirements in the drawings and budget, the construction shall be carried out according to the drawings and budget).

Upper opening of door frame and lower opening of window sill.

The upper opening of the door rope and the lower opening of the window sill must be painted.

In-cabinet treatment

If there is no decorative panel in the cabinet, it must be painted twice.
