Notice on banning trucks from passing through roads in Zunhua tourist scenic spot

Zunhua scenic spot road is an important passage running through the northern scenic spot of our city. There are many Panshan highways, steep slopes and villages, with complicated road conditions and limited load. In order to ensure the safe and smooth roads in scenic spots, protect the achievements of road construction, and maintain and improve the quality of tourist environment in scenic spots along the way, according to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety and the Measures of Hebei Province for Implementing the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety, the municipal government decided to prohibit medium and heavy trucks from passing through scenic spots. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. No-go sections: roads in Zunhua Scenic Area refer to 159 Road, Great Wall Tourist Highway and Dong Tang Road.

2. Types of prohibited vehicles: medium and heavy trucks.

Three. Temporary traffic matters: If you need to enter the road due to the construction of the scenic spot project, please apply for a temporary pass at the Municipal Public Security Traffic Police Brigade with valid documents and certificates.

4. Prohibition measures: Vehicles entering the road should consciously abide by laws and regulations and obey the command of traffic police, traffic and scenic area staff. The traffic control department will deal with vehicles that violate the prohibition regulations according to law, and the public security organs will deal with those that do not obey the management and cause adverse consequences and losses according to law. If it constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility will be investigated according to law.

This circular shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
