Is French graded like English, specifically, from several levels to several levels?

European Union countries generally adopt the language grading system from A 1, A2, B 1, B2, C 1, C2 from low to high, which is called the European standard system, and has been applied to French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian and Hungarian.

The approximate correspondence with English is:
