Safety operation procedures for laser cutting machine operation

1. Observe the general safety operation procedures of the cutting machine. Start the laser in strict accordance with the laser start-up procedure.

2. Operators must be trained, familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment, and master the relevant knowledge of the operating system.

3. Wear labor protection articles in accordance with the regulations, and must wear protective glasses in line with the regulations near the laser beam.

4. Don't process a material without knowing whether it can be irradiated or heated by laser, so as to avoid the potential danger of smoke and steam.

5. When the equipment is started, the operator shall not leave his post or entrust others to be responsible. If you really need to leave, please stop the machine or turn off the power switch.

6. Put the fire extinguisher at your fingertips; Turn off the laser or shutter when not processing; Do not put paper, cloth or other flammable materials near the unprotected laser beam.

7. If any abnormality is found during the processing, stop the machine immediately, and troubleshoot or report to the competent person in time.

8. Keep the laser, the lathe bed and the surrounding area clean, tidy and free of oil pollution, and the workpieces, plates and wastes are piled up in accordance with regulations.

9. When using gas cylinders, avoid crushing welding wires to avoid leakage accidents. The use and transportation of gas cylinders shall comply with the regulations on gas cylinder supervision. Do not expose cylinders to sunlight or near heat sources. When opening the bottle valve, the operator must stand on the side of the bottle mouth.

10. Please observe the high-voltage safety regulations during maintenance. Every 40 hours of operation or weekly maintenance, every 1000 hours of operation or every six months of maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with regulations and procedures.
