2. Guarantee after-school service hours. In principle, after-school services end no earlier than half an hour after the local normal working hours; schools can provide extended care services for students with special needs to effectively solve the problem of parents' difficulty in picking up students.

3. Improve the quality of after-school services. Enrich the content of after-school services, guide students to complete their homework carefully, help students with learning difficulties with tutoring, guide students who have room for learning to expand their learning space, carry out a variety of cultural and sports activities, readings, interest groups and club activities, and improve after-school services quality level.

4. Strengthen after-school service guarantees. Improve the after-school service funding guarantee mechanism and raise funds through financial subsidies, service charges or agency fees. Specific policies on school service charges and agency charges are formulated by each province, and arbitrary charges in the name of after-school services are strictly prohibited. Establish and improve the after-school service teaching team composed mainly of school teachers and with the participation of outside professionals or volunteers, and improve the subsidy policy for participating teachers and personnel.
