Located in Dalongshan Town, Yixiu District, Anqing City, Longqiuchi Scenic Area is a famous summer resort in Yicheng. The scenic spot is named after Longqiaochi. As a 3A-level tourist scenic spot, there are many natural landscapes, such as pine, cypress, bamboo, exotic flowers and herbs, and Chilongxi and Qinglong streams gurgling and crystal clear. There are also cliff stone carvings such as "Jun En Shan Chong", "Forgetting to Return" and "Cangmen Stone", which are magnificent, and the historical humanities and natural scenery complement each other.

Numerous tourists have been fascinated by it since ancient times. Yu Que's "The Rhyme of Climbing the Great Dragon Mountain" in the Yuan Dynasty says: "Half-level roads enter rugged places, and Woye Chunrong meets new things." In the Longjing poem written by Xu Ao in the Ming Dynasty, "The mausoleum is cultivated in the rank of worship, leaving Jixian Pass in the north", and in the Longshan poem written by Zhu Gui, the governor of Anhui Province in the Qing Dynasty, "The mountains are clear after the rain, and the springs are deep" all admire this beautiful scenery.

Here, we have prepared a hiking route for you. Let's follow in the footsteps of the ancients and explore the charm of Longqiu Pool. Starting from Anqing City, it takes about half an hour's drive to reach Longqiuchi Scenic Area in Baihua Community through Jixian Pass, No.206 National Highway and No.5 Ordinary Highway. The first thing that catches your eye is the Longwang Temple, which is built on the mountain with distinct levels and patchwork. Looking from a distance, the temple is reflected in the green trees and hidden halfway up the mountain. Apricot-yellow courtyard walls and blue-gray temple ridges make people feel like a lifetime ago. There is an allusion in the temple that "the dragon king protects the country and helps Hongwu, and the spider casts a net to repay the kindness". Today, the temple is still dedicated to the plaque given by Zhu Yuanzhang, the Ming Taizu, "Protecting the Old Dragon King and Being the Commander-in-Chief".

After leaving the temple, walk another 200 meters, and you will enter the quiet ancient road. Walking on the criss-crossing stone road, a few euphemistic birdsongs floated out from the layers of dense forests, with a crisp ending and a breeze blowing, which was refreshing and gave people the illusion of going back in time. The history of 1000 years ago is in front of us. Walking on the ancient road, I felt the tranquility after the changes of the times.

Go deep into the mountains, and you won't see its spring. Listen to its voice first. That is the "Longtan" on Chilongxi, also known as "Longtan". It is said that it is the place where the Dragon King came down to bathe. The spring water in the pool is crystal clear, cool and sweet, and flows all year round. Whenever the clouds merge after the rain and the white waterfall steps down, the stream is rushing, the snow is pouring, the empty valley is ringing, and the jade is ringing, which is wonderful. Longwangge is a highlight of the tourist route from Longshan Temple to Longqiu Temple, built on one side of Longqiu Temple. The glazed tile on the top of the pavilion, carved with beams and painted with buildings, is elegant and exquisite, which is the best foothold for tourists to overlook Longqiu Pool. Sitting in the pavilion and resting, listening to the sound of springs and waterfalls, the summer heat suddenly vanished, bringing a burst of coolness.

Climbing to the top of the mountain, there is a carved stone carving of "Jun 'en Mountain is heavy", waiting for you to listen to that ancient legend, what mysterious story about "forgetting to return" has been spread, and the "Cangmen Stone" named after the stone looks like a big barn full of grain for farmers, waiting for you to explore the historical accumulation behind it. Don't forget that there are special farm dishes waiting for you to taste at the foot of the mountain. This mountaineering trip will definitely make you linger.
