To be compliant, you need to understand the specific distribution forms and standards of various benefits:

New Year’s gifts: Festival gifts can be distributed to all members during the holidays. New Year's Day refers to the statutory holidays stipulated by the state, such as: New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. Holiday condolences are supplies that are in line with traditional Chinese festival habits and daily necessities necessary for employees, and must not be distributed in the form of cash or shopping cards. The total annual disbursement shall not exceed 50% of the grassroots trade union’s retained funds for the year.

Member’s birthday: Condolences will be given in the month of the member’s birthday, with no more than 300 yuan per person per year. Physical objects such as birthday cakes can be given, or cake coupons from designated cake shops can be issued.

Members who get married or give birth to their first child: In-kind condolences can be provided, with the amount not exceeding 800 yuan per person. For members who have a second child, the amount does not exceed 1,000 yuan.

If a member is sick and hospitalized: the consolation payment shall not exceed 1,000 yuan per person per time, and the consolation payment for serious illness shall not exceed 2,000 yuan per person per time. The consolation payment is limited to one time per hospitalization. You can also purchase physical condolences of no more than 200 yuan.

If a member dies: the condolence payment shall not exceed 3,000 yuan. If a member’s immediate family member (parents, spouse, children) dies, the condolence payment shall not exceed 1,000 yuan.

Retired members: Farewell in the form of a symposium, and souvenirs shall not exceed 1,000 yuan.

In addition to this, there are also some benefits, such as employee education and knowledge training, awards for outstanding students, meal subsidies that meet regulations in various activities, organized activities (watching movies, spring and autumn outings, etc.), and Financially stipulated heating subsidies and heatstroke prevention and cooling fees.

What needs to be noted is that the Spring and Autumn Tour activities must strictly control the travel cities and make it possible to go back and forth on the same day; the rewards for outstanding students need to be mainly spiritual encouragement and supplemented by material incentives.
